To many people the statement "all religions are alike" has the ring of truth in it. These people hold to the notion that, despite the manifold distinctions among them, all religions are, at base, a means to earn the favor of God. But all religions are NOT the same.
Christianity is vastly different from all other world religions because our savior lives! And because He has earned God’s favor on our behalf.
In the Apostles’ Creed, we confess that Jesus Christ “ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God,” where he now gloriously rules over all forever.
