A Life that Never Ends

Scripture: John 14:1-6, 15-19

One of the greatest stuntmen in all of history may very well be Evel Knievel. He ended up crashing so much in his career that he happens to be the Guinness World Record holder for the number of most broken bones. But he always got back up on his motorcycle and kept jumping, despite the obvious life-threatening consequences.

The truth is, most of us aren’t as fearless as Evel Knievel, and it’s safe to say that even he had fears about what awaits us beyond the grave. In fact, near the end of his life, he repented of a life of drinking and womanizing, and accepted Jesus Christ.

For those of us who have faith in Jesus, we need not fear death, but instead can look forward to spending eternity in paradise. Dr. D. James Kennedy explains in an uplifting message, A Life That Never Ends.
