It can be discouraging to see the darkness descending on our country. And there is a concerted effort to push Christianity out of the public square and confine it within the four walls of the church. Here in South Florida recently, there was a public park that had a festival of lights at Christmastime. Yet they seemed to go out of their way to make sure it was all politically correct---no manger scenes, no wise men, no Christ.
Yet Jesus is the very cause for the celebration! Thankfully, there are indeed bold Christians who have not been cowed.
