This year has presented America with one of the most interesting election season in her history. A self-described socialist has made a very credible run for one of the major party’s presidential nominations—with fervent support from young people. And day by day, the assumption seems to grow on both sides of the political aisle that it’s the government’s job to provide significant goods and services to the people.
What’s needed is a recapturing of a biblical view on these issues. We discuss it with Dr. Al Mohler, and meet a man who experienced the trials of communism--and the freedom offered by America--firsthand. And on this Father's Day, we look at socialism's atheistic roots--an atheism deeply rooted in fatherlessness.
