For the first time ever, a self-avowed socialist has won delegates for a major party’s nomination. Many Americans clearly do not understand the danger posed by socialism, which is on the upswing in America. On this program, we hear from William J. Murray, whose mother, the noted atheist Madalyn Murray O'Hair, tried to move the family to the Soviet Union, only to be told she would do "the revolution" more good in America. Based on an atheistic, Marxist worldview (though many falsely attribut socialistic notions to Christianity), socialism does harm to the so-called beneficiary's of it's largesse. We examine a Maine program that succeeded in getting people out of dependence on government and into the workforce.
